? What payment options do you offer?

? What are “Self-managed” Live Chat Operators?
Self-managed operators let your own staff log in and receive chats whenever they’re available. If you want your staff to receive live chat messages simply select how many self-managed operators you need and we’ll take care of the set up for you.

? How do I know which package I need?
Choose one of our packages based on the volume of leads and inquiries you require. If your website receives less than 1,000 unique browsers a month, we recommend starting with our $149 package. Then, if it looks like we can send you more leads/inquiries than your package allows for, we’ll let you know in advance so you can make an informed decision to upgrade.

? I own more than one website, do I have to buy multiple packages?
If your other websites are under the same business umbrella and we can use the same information you provided in the questionnaire we will send you, then simply add the code we’ll provide to as many of your sites as you need to. If your websites are separate businesses or offer different products and services you will need additional packages to ensure each is giving the right information to your customers.

? Can I increase or decrease my package?
Yes! You remain in control of your account at all times – change your package whenever you want to suit your business needs.

? What happens after I sign up?
Once your payment is completed, a Live Chat Monitoring account manager will email you to get started on your questionnaire and set up your self-managed operators (if needed). In most cases we can launch your account within 48 hours.

? Do you have contracts or minimum commitments?
No! Our packages are offered on a month-to-month subscription basis – that means you can cancel at any time.
