Live Chat Monitoring – GDPR Statement

UK AND EU DATA PROTECTION (GDPR)
Live Chat Monitoring Pty Ltd

Live Chat Monitoring Pty Ltd (ABN 97 605 056 479) provides managed live chat and AI chatbot services. Where the UK General Data Protection Regulation applies, for example when we handle information about individuals in the United Kingdom, we handle that information in line with it.

Our role
When we operate chat on a business’s website and handle that business’s visitor information, the business is the organisation responsible for the information (the controller) and we act as their service provider (the processor), on their instructions. When we handle information about our own website visitors and client contacts, we are the organisation responsible for it.

Your rights
If you are in the UK or EU, you can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, object to or restrict certain processing, request data portability, and withdraw any consent you have given. We respond to valid requests within the time the law allows.

International transfers
Where we transfer personal information outside the UK or EU, we use recognised safeguards, such as Standard Contractual Clauses and the UK International Data Transfer Addendum, together with data protection terms with our providers.
