4. Live Chat Services on our website and other associated websites
  •  We use third-party providers to supply and support our Live Chat Monitoring service, which we use to handle customer enquiries in real time. If you use the Live Chat Monitoring service we will collect the contents of your Live Chat Monitoring session. This information will be retained for 2 (two) years (unless otherwise stated) and will not be shared with any other organisations.   • LCM has offices in Australia, the USA, the UK, and the Philippines. These countries may include, but are not limited to Australia, USA, UK and the Philippines.

             ii.         as soon as reasonably practicable, notify you in writing and give full details if LCM becomes aware that a disclosure, misuse, modification, interference or loss of, or other unauthorised access to, personal information accessed or held by LCM; and provide reasonable assistance and co-operate with any reasonable requests or directions from you relating to the security, use, disclosure, transfer and erasure of personal information which are consistent with all applicable privacy laws
